2. SMS and Communications Data

We may share your information with USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA), National Appeals Division, and related government offices as required to file or support applications on your behalf; service providers who assist with secure hosting, communications, document storage, analytics, and operations; and legal or compliance recipients when required by law or necessary to protect our rights and clients.
Mobile information non-sharing: Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. Information may be shared with those aggregators and service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support our messaging program; they may not use the information for their own marketing purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including secure authentication, access controls, and encrypted transmission where appropriate. No internet-based system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
