American Crop Recovery may operate on a contingency basis when stated in an individual service agreement. The specific fee terms are governed by the client’s signed agreement.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, supply requested documentation in a timely manner, sign necessary authorization forms, and notify American Crop Recovery of changes to their operation or contact information.
American Crop Recovery cannot guarantee specific payment amounts or approval of any application. USDA and agency decisions are subject to program rules, eligibility requirements, funding availability, and agency review.
Program Name: American Crop Recovery SMS Program
Program Description: The American Crop Recovery SMS Program provides customer care communications, appointment reminders, application and document follow-ups, eligibility review updates, contract follow-ups, service updates, and occasional program-related outreach related to USDA disaster relief, crop-loss recovery, agricultural recovery programs, and American Crop Recovery services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry, application status, service activity, and communication preferences.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from American Crop Recovery. After replying STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
